The Wise County Sheriff's Office said a vehicle drove off an overpass in Rhome early Monday.
According to the sheriff's office, the vehicle went off the overpass on state Highway 114 and U.S. Highway 287 at about 5:37 a.m.
The southbound exit to 114 was temporarily shut down so that emergency crews can get to and clear the scene.
Police officers at the scene said a female driver lost control of her truck on the bridge. The truck hit the side of the bridge and then went through the guardrail. The truck then traveled up an embankment and the truck flipped over. The vehicle then slid back down the embankment and came to rest.
The driver was taken to the hospital with only minor injuries, according to police. Authorities said other crashes had happened at the same location of the bridge in the last 24 hours.
