Uber, Lyft: Cab Drivers Don't Have Legal Authority to Challenge D/FW's Transportation Rules

Uber and Lyft have been picking up passengers at Dallas/Fort International Airport since Aug. 1, and they have no intention of pulling out just because cab drivers think their presence is unfair. That's according to legal documents filed in Dallas County in response to a lawsuit filed in October by the Association of Taxicab Operators against both car services and the airport.
