Two people were shot overnight after a fight broke out at a bar in downtown Denton, police said.
It happened at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday at Andy's Bar, located in the 100 block of North Locust Street.
Witnesses told police on the scene the fight began during a live music show inside the bar and gunshots were fired.
Officers saw a vehicle leaving the area and followed it. While following it, someone inside the car threw a gun and other items out of the windows.
Once the vehicle was pulled over, police found four men inside, two of whom had non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
Officers also found another gun and a small amount of prescription pills.
The two injured men were transported to a hospital and the other two were arrested for possession of a controlled substance. No other injuries were reported.
