Firefighters worked to extinguish a two-alarm fire at a North Dallas apartment complex Friday morning, the same location as a fire only months ago.

The fire started on the 10800 block of Steppington Drive at the Advenir at Foxmoor Apartments at about about 1:45 a.m.

There was no one living in the building at the time of the fire, so no one was injured from the blaze.

The apartment complex experienced a fire in October 2012, displacing about 40 residents.

We have not received information on what caused last year’s fire.

Investigators are trying to determine the cause of Friday morning’s fire.
