Three Earthquakes Rattle Ellis County

Two small earthquakes rattled people in Waxahachie overnight Saturday.  Another one struck just south of Midlothian on Sunday afternoon.

The first quake was a magnitude 2.4 while the second was a 2.5. Both hit near Waxahachie.

So far, there have been no reports of damage or injuries from the small tremblers.

The third quake happeend just after 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. It was a magnitude 2.7. The epicenter is just south of Midlothian.
