Police said a truck and an 18-wheeler were involved in a crash on East Loop 820 in Fort Worth Thursday morning. [[398833741,C]]
Fort Worth police said the driver of a Chevrolet Silverado apparently fell asleep and crashed into the back of the 18-wheeler near Randol Mill Road at about 3 a.m. The crash caused the Silverado to roll.
There were no signs that the Silverado driver was impaired at the time of the crash, according to police.
Authorities said the Silverado driver was transported to a hospital as a precaution.
