Troopers Confiscate 400 Stolen TVs

Dallas man Arrested

Louisiana troopers arrested a Dallas man after finding about $1 million worth of televisions in an 18-wheeler they stopped on Interstate 12 near Holden.

Troopers say the rig was pulled over Monday afternoon for not displaying its license plate properly. A search was conducted after the inventory and the driver's travel itinerary didn't match. It revealed 400 stolen plasma televisions.

Troopers arrested Rodolpho Hernandez, 46, of Dallas along with Abdel Alvaraez, 36, of Hialeah, Fla.
