A Dallas towing company that infuriated Texas-OU fans by taking cars from a lot where they had paid to park appealed and lost it's city license revocation.

In the wake of the state fair incident, the city ordered Lone Star Auto to quit towing cars over several years of alleged violations.

The company denied wrongdoing and continues to operate while it appealed the decision.

The city upheld the decision during a hearing Thursday.

Lone Star says it will appeal which allows it to keep operating.

The city says Lone Star has a long history of violations, but the company denies it all.
