Three people were arrested Tuesday after a toddler was found alone in the heat.
Police were called to a home in Midlothian after someone spotted the child outside.
When officers arrived, they found Juanio Herrera, Mauricia-Ann Herrera and Michelle Cisneros passed out, in an air-conditioned room.
All three are facing child endangerment charges. The child was not injured.
On Tuesday, the high was 109 degrees.
