Police have identified a teenager suspected in a deadly shooting at a Dallas gas station Sunday night.

Jayden Blanton, 17, is wanted on a capital murder warrant, police said Tuesday.

Dallas police said a 35-year-old man was pumping gas at the 7-Eleven in the 2400 block of West Ledbetter Drive at 10:46 p.m. when a group of three juveniles robbed him and shot him in the head.

The man was transported to a hospital in critical condition. Police said he later died from his injuries.

Anyone with information on Blanton's location is asked to contact Homicide Det. Derick Chaney at 214-671-3650 or call 911. Police said Blanton "should be considered armed and dangerous."

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to an indictment for this offense. To submit a tip, call 214-373-8477 (TIPS).
