North Texas looking for employment should take notice of several job fairs being held this week.

East Coast Career Fair held Monday

In Dallas on Monday, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel on Mockingbird, the East Coast Career Fair is said to include some of North Texas' top employers who are looking to fill open positions.

The event is free and a career expert will be on hand to offer a free professional resume review.

Aldi hosting several hiring fairs

Aldi, a growing grocery store chain in North Texas, is having several hiring events this week to find cashiers.  Positions pay $10 per hour and offer schedules up to 40 hours per week with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k).

Aldi is hiring in Fort Worth on Tuesday and Thursday; in Pantego on Wednesday; in Frisco on Thurday; in Plano on Friday and in Dallas on Thursday and Friday. For more information about ALDI Denton hiring events, visit www.alditexasjobs.com.

Arlington hosts RecruitMilitary Veteran Opportunity Expo Thursday

The RecruitMilitary Opportunity Expo will take place on Thursday at the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Veterans will be able to interview with an all-star team of National, Regional, & Local employers at the RecruitMilitary Opportunity Expo. This event is produced in cooperation with HireVetsFirst, a unit of the United States Department of Labor; The American Legion; Purple Heart Services; and the Military Spouse Corporate Career Network (MSCCN). 

Hundreds of veterans are expected to attend this special event intended to help our recently returning troops and other veterans and service members, and their spouses with employment, entrepreneurship, and educational opportunities.
