Whataburger gives In-N-Out the boot

    To show its Texas hospitality, Whataburger sent orange cowboy boots to In-N-Out’s new locations.

    San Antonio-based fast food joint Whataburger is welcoming In-N-Out with some good ol' southern hospitality.

    It plans to deliver a pair of orange Larry Mahan ostrich boots to both new locations of the popular Cali chain.

    It’s a sweet gesture, albeit probably an attempt by Whataburger’s savvy PR folks to steal some of In-N-Outs shine and get some publicity of their own.  And here it is. Well done Whataburger.
