Consumer insurance site Insure.com came out with a list of the the rudest drivers in America and Texas is in the middle of the pack.

In July 2014, Insure.com surveyed 2,000 drivers, half women and half men, from across the country.

Texas ranked No. 27, getting a "semi-rude" on the color coded map.

Insure.com-MapofRudeDriving

Most Rude:
1. Idaho
2. Washington, D.C.
3. New York
4. Wyoming
5. Massachusetts

The survey also asked which states hated drivers from other states. Texas drivers apparently hate their neighbors -- the survey found Texans were not fans of drivers from Louisiana, Oklahoma and New Mexico, as well as California and South Dakota. No reason was given for that methodology.

When asked what makes them the most mad about other drivers, people said:

Talking on a cellphone while driving – 47%
Tailgating – 37%
Not signaling turns – 35%
Weaving in and out of lanes – 28%
Driving too fast, like every road is a highway – 26%
