A South Texas family is mourning the deaths of two teenage brothers in traffic accidents a month apart.

McAllen police say 16-year-old Dustin Ray Hinojosa died Saturday night after the motorcycle he was driving collided with a car near an intersection.

His older brother, 18-year-old Zachary Saul Hinojosa, was killed April 13 after being involved in a motor vehicle collision.

Another brother, 23-year-old Daniel Allen Garcia, says the siblings loved mechanics. He also says their mother is having a hard time coping with the deaths.

The McAllen Monitor reported Tuesday that the two victims also leave behind a sister.
