Benbrook police are looking into the death of a 13-year-old girl.
According to police, at about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday emergency responders were called to a home on the 1800 block of High Ridge Road to assist an unresponsive person.
When medical personnel arrived, they found the teen deceased.
Police said there are no obvious signs of foul play, but that the teen's death is under investigation. The teen's name is being withheld pending notification of family members.
The Tarrant County medical examiner will determine the child's cause of death.
