Developed to combat intoxicated driving, the 'No Refusal' program makes drivers that are pulled over for suspected impaired driving who refuse to take a breath test instead subject to a court-ordered blood test.
The holiday No Refusal policy will be in effect in Tarrant County from 9 p.m. Dec. 24 until 5:30 am, Jan. 2, 2016.
