Dallas Fire-Rescue crews say suspicious package found near a downtown high-rise was not a threat.
A delivery driver found the package in the 2300 block of Bryan Street at about 12:30 Thursday afternoon.
The driver told officials that the package was ticking.
After investigating, crews determined there was a computer motherboard inside the box.
No one was injured.
