Suspicious Bag Closes Part of Terminal C at DFW International Airport

    A small area of Terminal C at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport was cleared Friday due to a suspicious bag.

    The bag was reported near baggage claim area C25 just after noon.

    For a short time, passenger and guest movement in the terminal and adjacent roadway was restricted.  Those restrictions have since been lifted.

    DFW officials concluded their investigation just before 3:30 p.m. They initially established a 300-foot perimeter around the area.

    All other terminals are under normal operations, though there has been one flight delay as a result of the investigation.
