The first case happened on Oct. 24, 2016 at the Courtyard Village apartments at 9747 Forest Lane.

The victim, identified as Adan Zavala, was shot and killed in the apartment breezeway during a robbery, police said.

A silver Toyota was seen driving through the complex at that time, occupied by two black males, according to police.

Since October, there have been three other similar robberies.

In April, another man at the Courtyard Village Apartments was robbed at gunpoint and then shot by the suspects.
