Garland police said they arrested a person who broke into an apartment complex office and ran from officers Tuesday morning. [[328619651,C]]
The person was breaking into the office at the apartment complex in the 5200 block of Broadway Boulevard, Garland Police Department spokesman Joe Harn said.
Police said there was a short chase before the person bailed out of a vehicle and ran.
Officers in a police chopper and K-9 units searched for the suspected burglar.
