A standoff in Fort Worth ended peacefully Sunday night.

Fort Worth SWAT were set up near a home on the 1700 block of Azteca on the city's east side, trying to get a man believed to be armed to leave a residence since about 5:30 p.m.  By 9:30 p.m., the man came out and ended the standoff.

The home is located just a couple of blocks from Eastern Hills High School and Meadowbrook Drive and Loop 820.

Police have not said what prompted the standoff.
