Flight instructors for Dallas-based Southwest Airlines have ratified a new contract.
Members of the Transport Workers Union approved the deal with 68 percent of the votes.
The contract includes pay raises, bonus opportunities and work rule changes. It runs through 2019.
Southwest has been locked in contract negotiations with several of its working groups.
Ground workers narrowly approved a new contract earlier this month.
However, talks with pilots and flight attendants have dragged on for years.
