A North Texas organization will hold a drive Sunday to support local families.
Cornerstone North Central Texas is collecting toys, clothes, food and more as part of their 2016 Cornerstone Christmas Sunday.
Each family in need has a host family. After the families get to know each other over food and drinks, the kids go to the gym and play while the parents work with the host family to pick out gifts for the kids, holiday decorations, winter clothes, food and even a Christmas tree.
The group will serve 200 kids and their families at this year's event.
NBC 5 morning anchor Marc Fein joined volunteers stuffing stockings and sorting foods and gifts Wednesday night as they prepared last night for the annual event.
