Update: Rockwall police say they safely located a missing 60-year-old woman Friday morning.
Susan Kaye Peterson was found at 11:10 a.m. less than 2 miles from her home. She had been reported missing Thursday night [[318429431,C]]
Peterson's husband called police to say that she had gone missing from their home in the 1400 block of Merion Drive. Police said she was last seen walking north on Shores Boulevard at about 6:30 p.m.
Peterson had been treated for depression and would often walk in their neighborhood, according to her husband.
Rockwall and Dallas authorities searched the area for Peterson for several hours, but did not locate her.
