Rockwall Man Charged in College Station Parking Dispute

A 23-year-old Dallas-area man has been charged with pulling a gun inside a Central Texas parking garage and threatening the drivers in line behind him to leave.

Brazos County jail records show Joshua David Stone, of Rockwall, was being held Monday on charges of disorderly conduct by displaying a firearm and unlawfully carrying a weapon.

Bond was set at $8,000 for Stone, who was arrested early Sunday in College Station.

College Station police said Stone was in line to leave the parking garage when he stopped to look for an item in his vehicle and traffic backed up. Other drivers honked their horns. Police said Stone got out, argued with the other motorists and pointed a gun at them.

Nobody was hurt.

Online jail records don't list an attorney for Stone.
