The city of Richardson will celebrate the grand opening of the Heights Recreation Center Tuesday.
The 25,000-square-foot building is located on the 700 block of West Arapaho Road and includes a basketball court, cardio areas, a sauna, locker rooms, WiFi access and an aerobics studio.
The family aquatics center is still under construction.
The ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for 5 p.m.
