The man entered the Bank of Texas in the 200 block of 12th Street on Nov. 28 and demanded cash from teller, police said. He did not display a weapon.

The man fled on foot.

Police described the man as being a black man who is about 45 years old, about 5-feet-6-inches tall, weighs 200 pounds. And has a thin mustache and light goatee.

The man was wearing clear, wrap-around glasses, a white baseball cap, a dark warm-up jacket, a white T-shirt, dark pants and white tennis shoes.
