Houston police are investigating a fatal shooting where the victim was allegedly shot by a man playing with a gun.
According to police, the man said he was playing with a pistol he believed was unloaded when he accidentally fired it.
Houston police said the bullet struck the victim in the head Thursday night.
The victim's name has not yet been released.
Police say there are currently no charges in the case, but the investigation continues.
