Police said they arrested a 68-year-old man Tuesday in connection with a triple shooting at a Cedar Hill home that left one person dead.
Cedar Hill police said they responded to a shooting call in the 300 block of Halifax Court just after 8 p.m. Monday and found a 60-year-old woman dead and two more people wounded.
The two wounded shooting victims were transported to hospitals where they remain in critical condition, according to authorities.
Police said they detained a man — later identified as Danny Howard Silvers — in connection with the shooting. Silvers was transported to the Desoto City Jail and charged with murder and two counts of aggravated assault.
Silvers lived next door to the three victims, according to police.
