Rockwall County authorities have requested the FBI's help in investigating an alleged terroristic threat against the county's Republican Party headquarters.
The Rockwall County Sheriff's Department and Rockwall Police Department were dispatched Tuesday just after 11 a.m. to the headquarters at 112 Kenway Drive after an unknown caller contacted the office by phone and left a threatening message.
Details about the message were not disclosed.
The agencies have asked for the FBI to join the investigation.
