Police Investigate Shooting at Dallas Apartment

Shooting happened in far north Dallas



    Two suspects sped down I-20 in a four-city chase.

    Dallas police have arrested a landlord that shot a tenant at a condominium on Wednesday morning.

    It happened at around 8:15 a.m. in the 5200 block of Bent Tree Forest Drive off the Dallas North Tollway in far north Dallas.

    Dallas police said Gabriel Abraham, the landlord, was trying to evict Daniel Sipes, his tenant, when there was some sort of altercation.

    Police said Abraham shot Sipes mulitple times. Sipes was taken to Parkland hospital in very critical condition. Abraham was arrested by police at the scene.
