Dallas County Sheriff’s investigators have identified a body found in far south Dallas County last month.
The Hispanic male is identifed as Oscar Joel Hernandez-Cardona, born December 23, 1980.
He had a black ink tattoo of a rosary on his left hand and wrist with the words “Joel y Leti" inked in above the rosary. “Forever” is inked on his hand, broken up by the cross of the rosary.
