    Here's a list of recent activities drawing the attention of North Texas Law Enforcement. List compiled on July, 19, 2011.

    Fatal Crash in Tarrant County
    The investigation into a fatal crash that killed a 30-year-old man in Keller early Tuesday is ongoing . Cristan Jerri Melancon, 18, was taken into custody by Tarrant County officials and charged with intoxication manslaughter. She is currently held on a $20,000 bond. Read entire story here.

    Laser Pointer Incident
    Two pilots said someone pointed a laser at their aircraft as they flew over North Texas. In the first incident, an American Eagle pilot was about to land at DFW Airport when struck by the laser. The other aircraft, a CareFlite medical helicopter, was hit by the laser while flying over Terrell. No arrests have been made.

    Quick Check Surveillance Video Shows Suspects
    Dallas police have released a video showing a robbery in which an Oak Cliff business owner, 64-year-old Jin Kim Ha, was shot to death. Ha and her husband were carrying onions to their car when, according to police documents, the shooting and robbery took place. Ha bled to death in her husband’s arms. Anyone with information can call 214-671-3661 or Crime Stoppers at 214-373-8477. The reward for information leading to an arrest and indictment in the case has been increased to $15,000.
