One firefighter was injured after a burning wall crashed down on him Tuesday afternoon at an apartment fire on 6885 Meadowcrest in North Richland Hills. Read entire story here.
Shady Shores Boy, 7, Dies After Being Pulled From Lewisville Lake
A 7-year-old boy rescued from a Lewisville Lake Monday evening has died at a Denton Hospital. The Tarrant County medical examiner's office website identified the victim as Jorge Mendiola Jr., 7, of Shady Shores. An official cause of death wasn't given and it’s unclear why Mendiola was in the lake. He was pulled from the lake, near Lakeview Marina, by a Lake Cities Fire Department crew at about 6 p.m.
Crash Closes I-20 at Cedar Ridge
A major crash south of Dallas closed all lanes of westbound Interstate 20 near Cedar Ridge Tuesday. Read full story here.
