Police Blotter: Pawn Shop Robbed in Dallas

2 Men Arrested After Fast-Food Robberies
Dallas police arrested two men early Wednesday in connection with overnight robberies at two fast-food restaurants. At about 1:30 a.m., officers attempted to stop the men in their Jeep. A low-speed chase ensued through east Dallas, eventually ending in south Dallas when one of the men bailed out of the car. Undercover and patrol officers in the area quickly arrested him. The other man was taken into custody in the 3800 block of south Fitzhugh Avenue behind Fair Park.

Pawn Shop Robbery
Dallas police are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating two men wanted in connection with Monday's aggravated robbery of the First Cash Pawn located at 118 E. Jefferson Boulevard. Both men were caught on video entering the pawn shop. The video shows one of the men breaking a glass display case with a wrench as the other man demands money from the employee at the cash register.  Both men fled on foot, cash and jewelry in hand before jumping into a white car and speeding off.

Body Found In Trinity River
A body was found in the Trinity River near downtown Fort Worth, near the police training facility, Tuesday. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office has yet to release the person’s identity or a cause of death.
