Plano Police Release Photo of Suspected Bank Robber

Police release a surveillance photo of a man accused of robbing a Bank of America Monday in the 7000 block of Independence Parkway.

Plano police released a surveillance photo of a man accused of robbing a Bank of America Monday in the 7000 block of Independence Parkway.

Police said the man entered the bank at about 2:45 p.m. and demanded money from the teller. After the teller complied with the man's demands, he fled in a 1999-2004 silver Ford Mustang, police said.

Police said the man is approximately 5-feet-8-inches tall with a medium build, dark complexion, short straight hair, bushy eyebrows, and mustache.  He was wearing a dark-colored jacket with a scarf around his neck.
