Photos in Carrollton Cold Case
The Carrollton Police Department is asking for the public's help in solving the disappearance of two teenage girls in 1988. Stacie Madison and Susan Smalley vanished in March 1988. Carrollton police reopened the case two years ago and say a group of pictures could be the missing piece to the puzzle.
