Parker County Pill Sting Nets 18 Arrests
Teens arrested buying Ecstasy, Xanax, sheriff's department says

A sting in Parker County last week involving Ecstasy and Xanax netted 18 arrests, authorities said.
Most of those arrested trying to buy and sell the pills were teenagers, Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler said. The youngest was 16. The oldest was 24.
Undercover officers from the Weatherford-Parker County Special Crimes Unit posed as drug dealers at a Weatherford motel on Interstate 20 on Friday.
"The ages of the defendants is certainly cause for concern," Lt. Mike Camp said. "I would only caution parents to be alert for signs of abuse involving pharmaceutical drug use by our teens, especially."
