Police searching for two in connection with computer thefts

    Arlington police released these still images taken from surveillance video the night of the thefts. If you recognize either of the people in these photos, call the Arlington Police Department.

    Arlington police are offering a reward for two young men wanted in connection with breaking into a city library and stealing tablet computers.

    The pair were caught on surveillance video at about 4 a.m. Nov. 22 as they broke into the library at 1624 New York Avenue. Police believe the two are between the ages of 16 and 19 years old.

    Cameras in a computer lab recorded the pair entering a locked closet and grabbing the tablets.

    Arlington police are asking for help from the public in identifying the pair. If anyone recognizes either of the people pictured above, please contact Arlington Police Det. Paul Belauskas at 817-459-5811 or contact Crime Stoppers at 817-469-TIPS (8477).

    Tipsters may remain anonymous and are eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
