One person was injured Friday after driving a car off a bridge in Lewisville, police said.
The crash occurred after the car went off the highway and ended up in a small creek below in the 300 block of Interstate 35E near the Belt Line Road exit.
The driver, who was the only occupant of the vehicle, was injured and transported to Medical Center Plano with non life-threatening injuries, according to the Lewisville Police Department.
Traffic on I-35E was slightly delayed as emergency crews cleared the scene.
