A police officer has been taken to the hospital after he said his squad car was struck by a pickup truck in Dallas.
According to police, the collision happened on Young and Market streets in Downtown Dallas at about 5:30 a.m. Friday.
After the collision, the officer called for an ambulance to take him to Baylor Medical Center as a precaution.
Police have the driver suspected of hitting the squad car in custody.
