A North Texas firefighter is hospitalized after fireworks potentially set a house ablaze on July 4.
The firefighter, whose name has not yet been released, responded to a call late Saturday regarding a house fire in Azle.
The house fire on 1600 Coral Road was possibly started by fireworks, said the Pelican Bay Fire Department. [[311673431,L]]
The firefighter was treated on the scene then sent to a local hopsital for possible heat exhaustion and shock according to the Pelican Bay fire officials, but his current condition is unknown.
Police are currently investigating the cause of the fire that errupted just after midnight.
