NBC 5 viewers helped send the North Texas Cowboys to Snoop Dogg's National Youth Football national playoffs in December.
On Saturday night, the 10-and-under team, celebrated their national championship victory in style.
Thanks to the generosity of a donor, the Cowboys hosted an awards banquet at the Carrollton Plaza Arts Center.
In December, the Cowboys won the state title, but scrambled to find a way to get to California. Most of the players come from underprivileged families and didn't have the money to pay for the trip.
Donations helped the team pay for tournament fees, travel, hotel, food and entertainment.
