Starting Monday a new company will take over the trash and recycling services in Frisco.
The company, Progressive, will replace the old gray trash cans with new black ones.
Recycling bins used by customers will still be blue, but newer.
Earlier this year residents complained that their bins were left in the streets, full, for weeks with the old refuse company CWD.
