Dallas police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run crash involving a motorcycle Wednesday afternoon.
The collision occurred at about 3:30 p.m. near the intersection of Brockbank Drive and Walnut Hill Lane.
Investigators say a 27-year-old man was traveling eastbound on Walnut Hill Lane on a Yamaha motorcycle when a 2001 Chevrolet van turned in front of him onto Brockbank Drive.
The van was later located, but the identity of the driver is unknown.
The motorcycle rider was rushed to Parkland Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His identity has not been released, pending notification of next of kin.
