Fort Worth police were led on a brief chase Tuesday morning after an officer spotted a suspicious vehicle.
Police said the officer ran the license plates and found the car was stolen.
The officer tried pulling the driver over, but the driver wouldn't stop. Instead, he fled from Norma Street and Tierney Street, finally crashing into a guard rail on the Interstate 30 on-ramp at Lancaster Avenue.
After crashing, the man tried to outrun officers, but was unsuccessful.
The man was taken into custody and faces charges. Police did not immediately identify the man.
No one was injured.
