Cameras recently installed at the MLK DART station may be what helps put Octavius Lanier's killers behind bars.

Police said four to five boys between the ages of 12 and 14 attacked 19-year-old Octavius Lanier on the platform of the MLK Station at about 6:40 p.m. Nov. 22, robbing him and pushing him into a moving train as it left the station.

Lanier was knocked into the side of the train and pinned between the train and the platform as it pulled away from the station, police said. Lanier was dragged several yards.
