Legendary Texas oilman T Boone Pickens will tie the knot again.
Pickens' rep tells NBC 5 he proposed to Toni Brinker over the weekend at his ranch in Pampa in front of family,
The couple plans to marry in early 2014.
This will be the fifth marriage for Pickens. Pickens and his fourth wife, Madeleine, filed for divorce in October 2012 after 7 years of marriage.
Brinker was married for six years to the late Norman Brinker, the creator of famous restaurant chains like Chili's and Steak & Ale to name a few. He died in 2009.
Pickens is an Oklahoma native who made much of his fortune in oil drilling.
The 85-year-old Pickens has since become an advocate for alternative energy sources.
He also is active in politics and has donated millions of dollars to his alma mater of Oklahoma State University and various other causes.
