Pretty soon the city of McKinney won’t be left out of the Dallas Area Rapid Transportation loop.

McKinney will use a $500,000 grant from the Federal Transit Administration to put together a program that would offer a round-trip commuter shuttle bus service from McKinney to Plano's light rail station, according to the McKinney Courier Gazette

The program should start later this year.
