Set to open tomorrow, Marley'z Lounge is a smoke shop that has already caused controversy with Mansfield residents.
They were upset that the smoke shop was going to sell K2, a legal incense that provides marijuana-like effects when inhaled.
But Marley'z Lounge owner, Andries Sheperd has announced he won't sell it.
Meanwhile, the city attorney is drafting an ordinance to ban the possession or sale of K2.
Mansfield City Council will consider it next week.
